Jermaine Justice may not have started Friday night's game for the Ravenna Ravens
against the Field Falcons, but he certainly finished it.
Justice checked into the game early in the first quarter, and from his first step on the
court he was ready to play. Justice missed his first shot, but like he did throughout the
night, gathered his own miss and put it back up in. Justice finished the night with 35
points and 18 rebounds, including 8 key offensive boards.
No offensive rebound was bigger than the one he grabbed with 4 seconds on the clock,
and put back in to tie the game and send it to overtime.
In overtime the Raven's size and athleticism proved too much for the Falcons, who
lead for a majority of the game. In the fourth quarter alone, Justice had 10 points and 6
rebounds, nearly a double double.
Justice fouled out with just over two-minutes left in the game, but not before scoring 4
points and grabbing 2 more rebounds, and pushing the Raven's lead to 6. When Justice
walked out of the game, his teammates picked him up, and Ravenna took away a hard
fought victory 75-68.
